1. IN-PERSON OR VIDEO Consult
A thorough discovery meeting is an essential part of every sauna build that we do at Fire & Ice. First, we’ll talk through the basics to better understand your vision for your sauna. Second, we’ll talk through the many options for customization to make your sauna truly unique, and share samples of materials and components. Finally, we’ll discuss pricing and provide a quote for your project.
2. BuildING YOUR SAUNA & CHeCK-INS
During the approximately 7-week long building period, you will receive regular visual updates to see the progress of your project and ensure that we continue to align with your vision.
3. Delivery
Once your sauna is completed, Fire & Ice will bring it straight to your home – and, if you live in a 50-mile radius of our Duluth, MN shop, delivery is absolutely free! We’ll stay on site as you inspect the sauna and demonstrate the various features for you. Then, most importantly, we’ll get out of your hair and let you enjoy it!
